POLICY A

Policy A applies only to live, instructor-led courses conducted by Doplure on scheduled dates and batches.

• Cancellations before course commencement:
  A full refund will be issued if cancellation is requested before the course start date.

• Transfers:

  • Admission is non-transferable between learners.

  • Batch changes are permitted before course commencement at no additional cost.

  • If you are unable to complete the course, you may be accommodated in another batch of the same course, subject to availability.

This policy applies to all digital products offered by Doplure, including but not limited to:

• E-learning videos

• Recorded classes

• Online courses

• Templates

• PDFs

• Toolkits

• Bundles

• Downloadable resources and digital materials

Refund Eligibility

Important Notes

• Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are not applicable once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded, partially or fully.

• All refund, cancellation, or substitution requests must be submitted in writing to doplureofficial@gmail.com.

• Refund requests raised directly with banks or payment providers without contacting our support may not be considered valid.

• Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.

• Refunds or credits will not be issued for non-usage, non-attendance, or change of mind after access is granted.

• Doplure reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. However, the policy applicable at the time of purchase shall govern the transaction.
